Oracle CRM Developer

About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Oracle CRM Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and customization of Oracle CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle CRM modules, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize Oracle CRM applications based on business needs.Work on Oracle CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Data Management.Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and workflows.Integrate Oracle CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Prepare technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Oracle CRM development.Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite CRM modules.Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.Knowledge of integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
