We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oracle EBS Consultant to join our exceptional IT/Software Development team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with functional knowledge to drive critical projects that impact our core operations.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS modules.Design and configure Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices.Perform technical development and customization using Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow to meet specific business requirements.Conduct rigorous testing of configurations and customizations to ensure quality, reliability, and optimal performance.Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HEMS, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.Lead user training sessions and prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation to empower end users.Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.Contribute to data migration strategies and execution for HEMS-related data.Skills and Technologies:Strong experience with Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management.Ability to gather business requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications.Experience with Oracle configurations, Fast Formula, Workflow, APIs, and integrations.Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Interfaces.Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support projects.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional roles.Working Conditions:Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Iqama).
