Oracle EBS Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in Oracle EBS or Fusion platform.• Strong understanding of core concepts in HR, Finance, and Procurement, including recruitment process, organizational hierarchy, payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting, revenue accounting, procurement workflows, and compliance requirements.• Proven experience in Oracle E-Business Suite in HR, Finance, and Procurement modules, encompassing both technical and functional aspects.• Proven experience in data integration between systems, particularly involving sensitive Finance and HR information, while adhering to industry-standard security best practices.• Proven experience in orchestrating the integration of ERP systems with big data platforms to enable advanced analytics and data-driven insights.• Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration technologies. (e.g. Microservices, APIs, event driven framework, serverless computing).• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience with the Airline domain is a plus.
