Team members work in a dynamic, manufacturing-driven environment with opportunities to contribute to large-scale production and process improvement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Oracle EBS Consultant role based in the Lahore District. The Key Responsibilities1-Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and discussions with process owners, and map them to standard Oracle EBS R12 functionality.2-Perform gap analysis and propose solutions using standard features, configuration or customizations (RICEW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).3-Configure and set up modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, PO, INV, OM, BOM and WIP according to the agreed design.4-Prepare functional documentation, including deliverables such as (setup documents), (functional design), (test scripts) and user training manuals.5-Work with the technical team on custom forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and workflows, and clarify requirements during development.6-Plan and run UAT cycles, prepare test scenarios, and manage defect resolution through to sign-off.7-Support data migration by defining conversion templates, validating loaded data and reconciling balances.8-Configure the multi-org structure, including ledgers, legal entities, operating units and inventory organizations, as well as responsibilities, profile options and approval hierarchies.9-Deliver end-user training and support go-live10-Resolve production issues and service requests within agreed SLAs, and raise SRs with Oracle Support when required.11-Help with period-end close activities and the analysis of subledger accounting (SLA) and reconciliation issues.12-Identify opportunities to improve processes and system use.
