Who We AreArtmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to customers.Job DescriptionJob Title : Oracle EBS Finance Functional ConsultantJob Type : Full-TimeExperience : 3-8 yearsLocation : Hyderabad, TelanganaResponsibilities3 8 years of Oracle EBS R12 Financials functional experience.Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management (CM)Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or other enterprise financial systems is preferred.Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)Experience in Multi-Org (MOAC), Legal Entities, Ledgers, and Chart of Accounts.Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial setups and configurations.Experience preparing Functional Specifications and Test Scripts.Experience with Interfaces, Conversions, Data Migration, and Integrations.Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as AIM, OUM, SAP Activate, or equivalent ERP implementation frameworks.Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle solutions.Prepare Functional Design Documents (BRD, FDD, MD50, MD70, Solution Design).Coordinate with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW) objects.Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.Work closely with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and Technical teams for integrated business processes.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.QualificationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
