Location: Sidney, OHFull TimeJob DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team:⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience

• Product knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP & AR).
• Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Knowledge of the Oracle Supply Chain Management Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
• Understanding of latest industry trends in EBS finance modules related business processes and practices.
• Ability to translate requirements into fit-gaps in Oracle EBS for the above modules.
• Ability to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Ability to test and deploy custom solutions for Oracle EBS finance modules.
• Ability to participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Ability to coordinate with peripheral application teams.
• Ability to lead super-user training and support other training related activities.
• Ability to support data conversions for finance modules data elements.Preferred Skill and Experience
• Knowledge of best practices followed in global Manufacturing industries.
• Ability to provide solutions/suggestions to the client.
