Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 12-15 years  |  Location: Onsite, Middle East  |  Engagement: Managed Services / AMS Senior functional consultant for a steady-state AMS engagement covering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Oracle EBS HRMS for an enterprise Middle East client. The role combines a prioritized support queue with configuration, enhancement, and solution work alongside business stakeholders. Key requirements 12-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, having started on EBS HRMS and subsequently transitioned to Fusion Cloud HCM. Strong functional expertise, evidenced at project level, in: Global HR Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Payroll Talent Management Absence Management Proven experience in both implementation and support projects. Must have experience working on Middle East region projects. In-depth functional knowledge of both Oracle EBS HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Experienced in Solution Workshops, System Configuration, and OUM documentation and project deliverables. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English. Managed services delivery requirements (mandatory) Current or recent delivery in a Managed Services (AMS) engagement, in a lead role, covering both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion. Steady-state AMS support experience under contracted SLAs. Post-go-live hypercare or warranty support alone does not qualify. Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model, including leading a team. Involvement in support transition, handover, and knowledge transfer (taking over an application from, or handing it over to, another team or vendor), including runbook and known-error documentation. Daily use of a ticketing / ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) with priority-based ticket resolution against SLA targets. Ownership of Incident and Problem Management, including root-cause analysis of recurring issues. Direct coordination with end users through ticket investigation, testing, and closure. Experience raising and driving Oracle Service Requests (SRs) on My Oracle Support through to resolution, including severity management and escalation. Good working knowledge of ITIL-aligned support processes. Working knowledge expected Payroll depth beyond element setup: fast formulas, retroactive pay, balance adjustments, payroll flows, and parallel-run reconciliation. Middle East payroll practice: WPS (UAE Wage Protection System), end-of-service / gratuity (EOSB) calculation, GCC legislative requirements (e.g., GOSI where KSA is in scope), and labor-law basics such as leave types and Ramadan working hours. Hands-on data and configuration tooling: HCM Data Loader (HDL) / HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI basics, BPM approval configuration, and data-role security. Oracle Fusion quarterly release cycle: impact assessment and regression testing of quarterly updates as part of AMS routine. Awareness of the Redwood UX transition and its impact on configured pages, personalizations, and quarterly regression testing. Preferred Additional HCM modules such as Learning and Time & Labor. Client-facing consulting background with experience managing customer expectations. When applying, your CV must explicitly cover Name the ticketing / ITSM tool(s) you used and describe your role in the queue (priorities handled, SLA targets). Describe at least one support transition, handover, or KT you took part in, and your role in it. State your Oracle SR experience explicitly. Evidence every module you claim with a named project or engagement.
