Oracle EBS HCM / HRMS Functional Consultant*****Only Arabic speaking candidates can apply*****Location: UAEExperience: 5–8 YearsKey Responsibilities• Implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM/HRMS modules.• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Resources and Workforce Management processes.• Configure and support Core HR, Employee Lifecycle Management, Position Management, Organization Management, Leave & Absence Management, and Self-Service HR modules.• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and user training sessions.• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve HR processes and system utilization.• Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and enhancement projects.Required Skills• Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM / Oracle HRMS.• Good understanding of Core HR, Self-Service HR, Absence Management, and Organization Management.• Experience in functional configuration, implementation, and support projects.• Ability to prepare functional design documents and business process documentation.• Experience coordinating with technical development teams.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred Skills• Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud.• Knowledge of HR business processes and workforce management practices.• Experience in data migration and system integration activities.• Familiarity with reporting tools and SQL queries.• Experience working in GCC/UAE projects is preferred.Qualification• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Oracle HCM / HRMS certifications will be an added advantage.
