ORACLE EBS PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Configure flexfields, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system profiles.Prepare functional specifications, conduct testing, and maintain system documentation.Manage production issues, system enhancements, patches, and releases.Support system implementation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements.Requirements 10–15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience.Minimum 7 years of Oracle EBS Procurement experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations.Strong functional expertise in:Oracle EBS Purchasing (PO)iProcurement and iSupplierOracle SourcingService ProcurementInventory (INV)Order Management (OM)Experience in Saudi government procurement projects is preferred.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
