Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules.Manage inventory, procurement, warehouse, order management, and product cataloguing processes.Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation.Support CRP, SIT, UAT, production issues, and system enhancements.Manage incidents, service requests, system releases, and user training.Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements.Requirements 10–15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience.Strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules:Inventory (INV)Purchasing (PO)Order Management (OM)Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA)Warehouse Management System (WMS)Product Information Management (PIM/Product Hub)Product CataloguingExperience in government or large enterprise supply chain/logistics projects.Strong knowledge of system configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
