Exceptional interns who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, analytical rigor, and cultural alignment will be awarded a Full-Time Employment (FTE) offer as an Associate Consultant upon successful completion of the program.Internship Highlights & ObjectivesImmersive Learning Track: Receive structured mentorship and sponsored enablement in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP fundamentals, configurations, and data structures.Live Project Exposure: Shadow and assist senior consultants on real-world client deliverables, configuration setups, and data migration tasks.Performance Evaluation: Your internship will feature regular milestones, feedback sessions, and a final evaluation project to assess your readiness for a full-time role.Key Responsibilities (During Internship & Post-Conversion)System Configuration: Assist in configuring Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Subledger Accounting) under senior guidance.Data Migration & Testing: Support data cleansing, validation, and loading using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) templates. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT support.Documentation: Prepare process flow diagrams, functional design documents, test scripts, and training manuals.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional technical and business teams to resolve issues and optimize system processes.Eligibility & Candidate ProfileEducation:B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering streams).Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving skills.Fundamental understanding of relational databases and basic SQL.Basic awareness of accounting principles, financial workflows, or enterprise supply chain concepts.Excellent communication skills and high adaptability in a fast-paced consulting environment.Internship Structure & Conversion CriteriaDuration: 3 Months (Stipend provided during the internship period).Evaluation Metrics: Technical proficiency demonstrated in training assignments, quality of support delivered on project tasks, learning agility, and teamwork.Conversion: Successful completion of the internship backed by positive performance evaluations will lead to a direct Full-Time Employment (FTE) transition with competitive compensation and benefits.
