Exp level – 10-15 yearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30DaysProject Duration: Longterm FTE/Permanent roleJd: Project Manager Responsibilities (Delivery Ownership)Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, governance, and closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality commitments are met.Lead project planning sessions with internal and customer stakeholders to confirm scope, approach, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.Manage multiple complex customer implementations simultaneously and balance competing priorities across workstreams.Direct cross-functional coordination across internal delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties (e.g., ERP/integration teams, middleware partners).Maintain and govern project artifacts, including:Integrated project plan and milestone trackingRAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and action trackerScope/change log and decision logCutover/go-live checklist and hypercare plan (as applicable)Drive stakeholder communications by establishing meeting cadence and governance routines (e.g., weekly status calls, steering committee updates when applicable).Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports that clearly communicate progress, risks, blockers, mitigation plans, and next steps.Capture and distribute meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and ensure owners and due dates are tracked to closure.Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks/issues, and lead mitigation planning to protect delivery outcomes.Manage change control by assessing impact to scope, effort, timeline, and cost; obtain approvals; and update plans accordingly.Ensure delivery quality by validating work products against requirements and ensuring readiness for customer review and milestone sign-off.Coordinate readiness activities for testing and go-live from a PM perspective (e.g., SIT/UAT entry/exit criteria, defect triage cadence, go-live checkpoints).Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction through proactive expectation management, escalation handling, and strong client partnership.Required Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and/or integration delivery (SAP or Oracle strongly preferred) and 3+ years of project management experience.Strong experience integrating ERP systems with external/third-party platforms, including end-to-end integration delivery and troubleshooting.Solid understanding of O2C and P2P business processes and how these map to invoicing and compliance needs.Working knowledge of integration technologies and patterns, including APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, web services, middleware.Familiarity with enterprise data formats and structures, including XML, JSON, CSV, EDI.Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both business and IT stakeholders.Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in a customer delivery environment.Demonstrated project management or project coordination experience (formal certification not required).Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in e-invoicing, tax compliance, regulatory reporting, or similar compliance-driven integration programs.Experience as an ERP functional/technical consultant (e.g., SAP FI/SD/MM or Oracle Financials/SCM).Background in solution consulting, implementation consulting, or pre-sales technical roles.Understanding of international tax processes and compliance considerations across multiple geographies.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).Experience working with global customers and distributed stakeholders across time zones.
