Key Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in managing IT services for Finance support functions and related technologies.Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R12.2, particularly Finance modules.Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), and Tax.Knowledge of Purchasing/Procurement and Order Management, where applicable.Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, VAT/tax configuration, tax calculations, and tax accounting.Experience with e-Invoicing implementation and integration between Oracle ERP and e-Invoicing platforms.Understanding of UAE VAT, local e-Invoicing requirements, and applicable government and regulatory compliance.Experience with integration mechanisms such as APIs, XML, JSON, middleware, or other integration technologies.Ability to analyze business requirements, configure Oracle ERP modules, improve business processes, and prepare functional specifications and process documentation.Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployment, post-go-live support, and user training.Strong stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or Finance.
