Location: On-siteEmployment type: Full-timeBlack Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading technology and consulting organisation to identify an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

This is an on-site role for someone who can run configuration and client workshops independently and still work well inside a wider project team.What you'll be doing:You'll lead the functional side of Oracle Fusion HCM projects: running requirement workshops, configuring modules, supporting testing and go-live, and handing over to the client. You'll work closely with technical consultants and project managers, and you'll be the person clients turn to when a process doesn't behave as expected.What we're looking for:5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM (Fusion) functional experienceStrong configuration experience in Core HR, plus at least one of Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management or RecruitingAt least two full-cycle implementations, from requirements through to go-liveExperience running fit-gap analysis and client workshopsSolid understanding of testing, data migration and cutoverStrong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plusInterested?
