Oracle Fusion Cloud Admin

Job Purpose:Manage, administer, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle PaaS services, ensuring integrations, connections, and infrastructure run reliably and securely.Key Result Area:

• Administer OIC instances: provisioning, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Manage connections, adapters, and integration flows (OIC, SOA CS, ICS)
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, and resolve incidents
• Manage user roles, security policies, and access (IDCS/OCI IAM)
• Handle deployment of integrations across DEV/TEST/PROD environments
• Configure and manage OCI resources supporting OIC (compute, storage, networking)
• Set up monitoring/alerting (OCI Monitoring, Logging, Notifications)
• Coordinate with development teams on integration design and best practices
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity for PaaS services
• Maintain documentation: runbooks, architecture diagrams, SOPsProblem Solving:
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures (connection errors, mapping issues, adapter faults, timeout/retry failures) quickly to minimize business impact
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes, not just workarounds
• Troubleshoot across the stack — network, IDCS/IAM, OCI infra, and integration layer — to isolate whether issues originate upstream or downstream
• Analyze logs (OIC monitoring, OCI Logging, error notifications) to trace failed instances and identify patterns
• Handle production incidents under pressure, prioritizing based on business criticality and SLA commitments
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks (throughput limits, connection pool exhaustion, API rate limits) before they cause outages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dev, network, security, functional/business users) to resolve complex, multi-system issues
• Apply structured troubleshooting methodology (isolate → hypothesize → test → validate → document) rather than trial-and-errorResponsibility:Independently handled and resolve Technical issues and SOLUTION deliverables (Data Conversion, Data validations, INTEGRATION, reporting)Design and develop technical and functional solutionsMaintain documentation for Intégrations/CR/ReportsWeigh options to achieve results within deadlines.Report concerns affecting deliverables.Drove decisions on data collection and methodology, ensuring high-quality data was available for accurate Reporting and Analysis.Managed data governance and quality control decisions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all reporting and analytics processes.Lead the selection and implementation of Integrations on the most effective solutions to optimize reporting processes and automations.Skills & Experience:
