Oracle Fusion Consultant – 6-12 Month ContractUAE We are supporting a major UAE organisation in appointing an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant for an initial 6-12 month contract.The successful consultant will bring broad functional expertise across the Oracle Fusion application suite and support the continued development, optimisation and delivery of the organisation’s Oracle environment.Key responsibilities:Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutionsProvide functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion modulesLead workshops, process-mapping sessions and solution-design discussionsConfigure and optimise Oracle Fusion applications in line with business requirementsSupport integrations, testing, data migration, UAT and deployment activitiesIdentify process improvements and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practicesTroubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical and business teamsProduce functional documentation, solution specifications and training materialsSupport user training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation activitiesEnsure solutions align with the organisation’s wider technology strategyRequired experience:At least 8 years of Oracle consulting or implementation experienceStrong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ApplicationsBroad functional expertise across several Oracle Fusion modulesExperience across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, Projects or EPMFull lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade or transformation experienceStrong understanding of end-to-end processes and cross-module dependenciesConfident stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skillsExcellent communication, documentation and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working within complex enterprise environmentsAbility to work onsite in the UAE three to four days per weekContract details:Initial duration: 6–12 months (rolling contract)
