Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Fusion EPM, Hyperion Planning, EPBCS, FCCS, Essbase, and EPM integrations.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering Oracle EPM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support engagements. This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, excellent business requirements gathering skills, and the ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable EPM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle Fusion EPM / Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across different business and industry environments.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and prepare key project documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation.Design and configure Oracle EPM applications, including:PlanningPlanning & BudgetingEnterprise PlanningWorkforce PlanningCapital PlanningProjects PlanningFinancial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)Design and configure metadata, dimensions, forms, task lists, dashboards, workflows, approvals, and business rules.Develop complex calculations and business rules to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.Design, develop, and optimize Essbase cubes to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis while ensuring performance and scalability.Design and manage data integrations between Oracle EPM applications and other enterprise systems.Develop and maintain data load processes using FDMEE / Data Integration / EPM Integration tools.Support integrations between EPM and ERP, financial, HR, and other enterprise applications.Configure and maintain application security, user access, roles, groups, and approval workflows.Develop reports and analytical solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting, and Oracle reporting tools.Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EPM applications after implementation and during production operations.Troubleshoot application, calculation, data, integration, security, and performance-related issues.Lead EPM application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.Support Oracle EPM Cloud patches, quarterly updates, upgrades, migrations, and environment management.Coordinate with infrastructure and technical teams on application maintenance, backups, environments, and technical issues.Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and on-the-job coaching to business users and support teams.Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in solution architecture and provide recommendations regarding EPM application design, performance, scalability, and best practices.Work closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.Required Experience8+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM / Hyperion technologies.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / Oracle Fusion EPM.Proven experience in Oracle EPM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support.Strong experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).Strong knowledge of Essbase cube design, development, optimization, and performance tuning.Experience developing complex EPM business rules and calculations.Strong experience with metadata management, forms, workflows, approvals, task lists, and application security.Experience with FDMEE, Data Integration, and EPM data loading/integration processes.Experience integrating EPM applications with ERP, financial, HR, or other enterprise systems.Experience with Smart View and Oracle reporting solutions.Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud upgrades, patches, migrations, and post-implementation activities.Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical and functional solutions.Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, solution designs, and other implementation documentation.Experience providing user training and knowledge transfer.Previous experience working across multiple industries or client
