Oracle Fusion ERP Transformation Program Manager

Summary:We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion  ERP transformation program in Saudi Arabia, driving governance, PMO,  stakeholder alignment, and value realization across a complex, multi-workstream engagement.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of the Oracle ERP transformation program, from planning through go-live and stabilization.Develop and maintain the program roadmap, timelines, and resourcing plans across all workstreams.Coordinate daily/weekly activities across functional, technical, and change management teams.Act as the primary point of contact for client program sponsors and steering committees.Track and report on program milestones, budget, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.Ensure delivery aligns with client governance frameworks and program methodology.Manage scope changes and vendor/subcontractor coordination where applicable.Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare executive-level status reporting.Anticipate and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and conflicts.QualificationsProven experience managing Oracle ERP transformation programs (required).10+ years in program/project management, including experience at a senior program manager level.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Fluent Arabic speaker.Strong stakeholder management and program governance experience.Willing to be travel frequently or relocate to KSA, or currently residing there.
