statutory/localization requirements. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion security concepts (data roles, duty roles) as they apply to Finance. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on reporting, integration, and data conversion requirements. Experience with at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation (design through go-live). Strong Excel, financial analysis, on daily: ADFdi journal uploads and FBDI file preparation from the functional side. Awareness of the Redwood UX transition for Financials pages and its impact on training, testing, and quarterly regression. Fusion security basics as they affect Finance work: data access sets, role provisioning, and segregation-of-duties awareness. When Applying, Your CV Must Explicitly Cover Name the Fusion Financials modules you have personally configured and the implementations you configured them on. Evidence each module or skill you claim with a named project or engagement; skills lists without project detail carry no weight. State your notice period explicitly (joiners within 15 days are preferred). List relevant Oracle Cloud certifications with the year obtained. Soft Skills Strong business acumen with the ability to connect Finance processes to system configurations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with Finance leadership. Detail-oriented cross-functional teams.
