Your JobJob Requirements :Support the definition and management of the ERP technology roadmap strategy and execution, including tech standards & policies.Align Oracle Fusion Financials solutions with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirementsRecommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high-level implementation plans.Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality; identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them.Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements (as and when required).Responsible for creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, Training, and UAT along with the onsite team.Review and develop end-user documentation and training materials.Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables.Participation in pre-sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of work.Drive organization-wide F&A process optimization.Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis to augment NextGen Digitally mature organization.Skills:End to End Implementation experience and well versed with Finance Cloud modules (GL,AP,AR,FA,CM,Projects & Taxes)Sufficient knowledge on cross track cloud offerings EPM Cloud, AFCS and Other Cloud Applications.Good analytical skills and planning and coordination skills.Experience in supporting Oracle Cloud projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements, and projects.Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to clients.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.Demonstrated expertise in Oracle implementations.Business Process Transformation experience is a must and Experience in business process transformation to improve customer service, efficiency, data quality, and reporting.Clear understanding of Finance tracks and their intertrack dependency Qualifications: MBA/ B.Tech / Any Graduation You can explore new jobs at https://www.linkedin.com/company/cognitud-advisory/jobs/?viewAsMember=trueYou can also apply for more job openings on our website by visiting this link: https://www.cognitud.com/open-jobs
