Location: India based (Any location) Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 8-10 YearsEducation: CA/CMA/Finance MBANotice Period: Within Immediate to 30 daysKey ResponsibilitiesImplement solutions in the area Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Lease Management and Cash Management (CM)Agentic AI ExposureP2P process knowledgeGather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure Oracle Fusion applications based on business needs and best practicesLead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportPerform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist users during UAT cyclesProvide functional expertise and troubleshooting support for finance-related issuesWork closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customisationsPrepare documentation including BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and user manualsEnsure compliance with financial processes and internal controlsConduct user training and knowledge transfer sessionsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementationExperience in multiple end-to-end implementations (Atleast 3-4)Hands-on expertise in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA and CMGood understanding of accounting principles, P2P and financial processesExperience in requirement gathering and solution designKnowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesKnowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologiesPreferred QualificationsCA/CMA/Finance MBAOracle Fusion Financials certificationsKey CompetenciesStakeholder ManagementProblem SolvingAttention to DetailTeam CollaborationAdaptabilityEmail - laxmi.bisht@mpccloudconsulting.com
