Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - DoA Implementation

We are looking for a passionate Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - DoA Implementation who can translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and implement simplified approval workflows and Delegations of Authority. You should also have experience in/possess knowledge of Oracle Fusion, workflow and approval systems, approval-workflow configuration, risk and business process understanding.This is a contract role with an initial duration of 4 months.The role sits within the IT function and will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure approval workflows are effectively designed and implemented.Key responsibilities:Convert approved business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.Design and implement approval workflows within relevant systems.Configure approval workflows in Oracle Fusion and other relevant workflow/approval platforms.Support the implementation of Delegations of Authority (DoA) in line with approved business requirements.Identify, assess and document system limitations that may impact the design of DoA and approval workflows.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.Support the testing and validation of approval workflows to ensure they meet business and control requirements.Provide clear explanations of technical concepts and workflow solutions to business stakeholders.Identify potential risks and process issues and recommend practical solutions.Knowledge, skills & experience:Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly in relation to workflow and approval processes.Proven experience in approval workflow configuration and implementation.Experience working with Delegation of Authority (DoA), approval matrices and approval hierarchies.Experience with other relevant workflow and approval systems will be an advantage.Strong understanding of business processes, risk and internal controls.Ability to translate business requirements into technical/system solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience identifying system limitations and developing practical alternative solutions.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
