Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – 6-Month Contract

Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Location: Saudi Arabia – Onsite / Remote Experience: 5+ YearsContract Duration: 6 MonthsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management modules.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.Gather and analyze HR business requirements.Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Employee Self-Service, and Manager Self-Service.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions.Support configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.Support data migration and validation activities.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.Prepare functional specifications, test cases, process documentation, and user guides.Work closely with technical and integration teams.Requirements5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.Strong knowledge of:Core HRPayrollAbsence ManagementTalent ManagementEmployee Self-Service (ESS)Manager Self-Service (MSS)Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.Strong understanding of HR business processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
