Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Experience: 8 to 10 yearsLocation: Abu DhabiJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules and have the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality HCM solutions. The role involves leading functional discussions, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful project delivery in enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, rollout, and production support activities.* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.* Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.* Manage workflow approvals and business process configurations.* Support talent management, compensation, benefits, and learning management processes.* Work with Taleo Enterprise Edition and Taleo Connect Client (TCC) for recruitment-related integrations and data management.* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).* Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.* Conduct functional testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.* Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely production support.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:* Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.* Strong functional expertise in:- Global HR- Talent Management- Approvals (Workflow)- Compensation Management- Benefits- Oracle Fusion Learning (Learn)- Taleo Enterprise Edition- Taleo Connect Client (TCC)* Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)* Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes and configuration.* 8 Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.Preferred Qualifications:* Prior experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM projects for UAE Government entities will be considered a strong advantage.* Experience working in large enterprise digital transformation projects is preferred.
