Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in HCM integrations, technical development, reporting, data migration, Redwood/VBS, and Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.The role is predominantly technical, requiring the candidate to independently develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions while having sufficient functional knowledge to understand HR and Payroll business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across integrations, reports, extracts, data loads, workflows, security, and application enhancements.Build and troubleshoot integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SFTP, and file-based interfaces.Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and Fast Formulas.Design, configure, test, deploy, and enhance Oracle Fusion AI Agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio / AI Agent Core.Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Absence, Talent, and employee self-service.Configure and support Redwood / Visual Builder Studio (VBS) business rules, validations, and application enhancements.Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production issues involving integrations, APIs, data, reports, security, workflows, and scheduled processes.Support HCM Security, including job/data roles, security profiles, AOR, role provisioning, and access-related issues.Support Oracle quarterly updates, SIT/UAT, regression testing, deployments, and post-production validation.Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Oracle Support, and implementation/support partners to deliver enhancements and resolve critical issues.Required Experience & Qualifications6–10 years of Oracle HCM experience, including at least 4–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical/techno-functional experience.Hands-on Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio / AI Agent Core experience is mandatory; certification or theoretical AI knowledge alone is not sufficient.Strong hands-on expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and Fast Formula.Experience with Redwood / Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle HCM Security.Good functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management, with exposure to ORC, Talent Management, and Journeys.Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, post-go-live support, enhancements, and production troubleshooting.Experience supporting multi-country HCM environments is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.Relevant Oracle Fusion HCM, AI Agent Studio, OIC, or OCI certifications are preferred.Important: This is a predominantly technical role (70–80%). We are specifically looking for candidates with demonstrated hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and practical Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio experience, rather than predominantly functional HCM profiles.
