The candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders.Functional ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices. Prepare Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and configuration workbooks. Perform system setup, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities. Manage change requests, enhancements, and production support. Provide business process consulting and solution recommendations. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Module ExpertiseStrong experience in below modules: (Must Have)Core HR/Global HRAbsence Management Talent Management Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Time and Labour Payrolland CompensationOptional Modules (Good to Have)Workforce Structures Workforce Lifecycle Management Goal Management Performance Management Learning Cloud Benefits Integration & ReportingUnderstanding of Oracle HCM Extracts, FBDI and AFBDI Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader). Experience with Fast Formula. Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher Reports. Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred. Required Skills10+ years of HCM domain experience. 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience. Redwood experience.Agentic AI experience.Strong understanding of HR business processes.
