Job Description

Oracle Fusion HCM functional support consultant with strong expertise in ORC (Recruiting Cloud) and Talent Management modules, including goal management, performance, career development, and succession planning. Skilled in issue troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancement support, with experience in FSM setups, BPM workflows, and quarterly patch impact analysis.
