Oracle Fusion Integration Developer (IDMC)

We are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Integration Developer (IDMC) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP, enterprise applications, SaaS/PaaS platforms, databases, APIs, and on-premises and cloud systems. The role will leverage Informatica IDMC/IICS, Frends iPaaS, Oracle Fusion PaaS, and other relevant integration technologies to deliver robust, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.This role is based in Dubai, UAE, with one of the largest semi-government entities in the region.This position will be a 12 months contract and renewable.The role sits within the IT Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager.We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Integration Developer (IDMC), who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and supporting system integration components across the organization's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse existing system integrations and identify integration touchpoints across applications and platforms.Work closely with the Technical Lead, functional teams, implementation partners, and other technical teams to ensure integration requirements are fully identified and delivered.Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions.Identify opportunities to improve existing integrations, integration processes, performance, and data quality.Support the implementation of integration improvements and ensure alignment with technical architecture and integration standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues throughout development, testing, deployment, and production support.Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting system integrations.Successfully deliver assigned integration solutions within agreed timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements.Integrate Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications with existing organizational systems using Informatica IDMC, Frends, Oracle Fusion PaaS, and relevant integration technologies.Advanced hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS, particularly Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration, API integration, mappings, transformations, and workflows.Troubleshoot integration failures and technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.Develop and maintain integration mappings, workflows, transformations, validations, and orchestration processes.Validate data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across integrated systems.Perform data cleansing and transformation activities where required.Analyse existing integrations and identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Identify requirements and integration gaps and report them to the Technical Lead to ensure completeness of the solution.Ensure integration solutions comply with agreed architecture, security, development, testing, and deployment standards.Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation covering integration design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, ETL processes, mappings, transformations, and operational procedures.components and enhance or replace them using Intelligent Data Cloud Management IDMC, Frends, Oracle Fusion iPaaS, and other appropriate technologies.Knowledge, skills & experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering.Certified technology professional with relevant technical certifications and 6+ years of relevant experience in integration, middleware, application development, or related technology disciplines.Proven experience in developing and supporting enterprise integration components.Must have 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation experience in Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), preferably involving integration development and deployment.Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and Frends iPaaS.Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and can-do attitude, with strong attention to detail.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related documentation toolsAvailability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
