The ideal candidate should have completed 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementations as a Lead Consultant and possess domain experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial Manufacturing, or Infrastructure. Experience working with GCC clients (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain) is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Lead Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementations from requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-production support.Configure and manage Asset Management, Maintenance Work Orders, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Resource Management, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Cost Tracking, and Analytics & Reporting.Define maintenance organizations, asset hierarchies, maintenance programs, work orders, and asset lifecycle management aligned with industry best practices.Support EPC and asset-intensive industries by integrating maintenance processes with engineering, procurement, operations, project execution, and asset lifecycle management.Design integrations with Oracle Inventory Cloud, Procurement Cloud, SCM Cloud, Project Management (PPM) Cloud, and Financials Cloud.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), testing documents, support solution architecture, mentor junior consultants, and guide offshore teams.Engage with business stakeholders, client leadership, maintenance and asset managers, conduct solution workshops, executive presentations, and support pre-sales and proposal activities.Required Skills & Experience:12–15 years of Oracle ERP/EAM experience.2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementations as Lead Consultant.Strong expertise in:Oracle Fusion Maintenance CloudEnterprise Asset Management (EAM)Asset Lifecycle ManagementPreventive & Corrective MaintenanceReliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)Maintenance Planning & SchedulingMaintenance Cost ManagementInventory & Spare Parts ManagementExperience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Petrochemical, Mining & Metals, Industrial Manufacturing, or Infrastructure Projects.Experience working with GCC-based clients.Preferred Qualifications:Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud Certification.Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.Key Competencies:Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Business process reengineering, solution architecture, and Oracle Fusion integrations.Ability to work independently in multicultural, global project environments.
