Oracle Fusion Project Manager - Saudi ArabiaExperienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager required to deliver projects for a leading client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.12-month freelance contract, multi-year project, on site working.This is a hands-on delivery leadership role covering full project lifecycle across Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management.Key experience required:Proven experience deploying Oracle Cloud (Fusion) solutions - minimum 2 full lifecycle projectsDeep functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management modules: PFM, PEM, PPM, Grants Management, Task Management, Resource Management, Costing, Billing, and integration with Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA), Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle Time & Labor.Experience with Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM) or Oracle Unified Method (OUM)Budget management of over 1mn USD - commercial & change managementExperience delivering projects across KSA or the GulfStakeholder management (C suite) experienceRelevant certifications beneficial
