Oracle Fusion Project / Project Manager

Role PurposeOwn end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across multiple workstreams, ensuring it lands on time, within budget and scope, and with quality. The role acts as the central point of control for planning, risk management, governance and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & DeliveryManage day-to-day project delivery across all workstreams (Finance, HCM, SCM, Integrations, Data Migration, Reporting, Testing, Change)Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path and delivery trackingTrack progress against agreed milestones and take corrective action on slippageManage resource plans, capacity and dependencies between internal teams, the SI partner and third-party vendorsManage scope and change control, including impact assessment on time, cost and qualityRAID & GovernanceOwn the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies): identify, assess, assign owners, mitigate and closeManage actions and decisions, and escalate blockers to the Steering Committee promptlyRun governance cadence: weekly status meetings, workstream leads meetings, SteerCo and PMO reportingCoordinate cross-workstream activities (e.g. data migration ↔ testing ↔ cutover, integrations ↔ security ↔ reporting)Fusion-Specific DeliveryOversee project phases: requirements/fit-gap, configuration, build, SIT, UAT, training, cutover and hypercareManage delivery of data migration, integrations, security roles and reporting deliverablesPlan and control cutover, go-live readiness and go/no-go decisionsManage quarterly Oracle release impact and regression testing during the projectStakeholders, Vendors & FinanceAct as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, executives and the SI partnerMonitor SI/vendor performance against contract, SOW and deliverable acceptanceTrack budget, forecasts and burn rate; support invoicing and milestone paymentsProduce clear status reports, dashboards and executive summariesQuality & ChangeEnsure quality gates, test exit criteria and sign-offs are metWork with the change and training leads to ensure business readiness and adoptionCapture lessons learned and support handover to BAU/support teamsRequirements8-12 years of project/programme management experience in enterprise ERP deliveryDelivered 3+ full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations end-to-end (ideally including at least one multi-module programme)Strong track record in project planning, milestone tracking and delivery governanceHands-on experience managing RAID, dependencies, actions and escalationsExperience managing SI partners and multi-vendor deliveryStrong stakeholder management and communication at senior levelSolid understanding of the implementation lifecycle (Oracle AIM/OUM, agile or hybrid)DesirableExperience with data migration, integration and cutover planningPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or equivalentOracle Fusion certification or strong functional familiarity with at least one pillar (Finance, HCM or SCM)Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or PrimaveraKey CompetenciesOwnership and accountability, structured problem solving, negotiation, ability to work under pressure, and clear written and verbal communication.Success MeasuresOn-time milestone delivery, budget adherence, RAID health (no aged critical items), quality of go-live (defect trends, cutover success) and stakeholder satisfaction.
