Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of ERP consulting experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will lead end to end implementation, rollout, support, and transformation projects while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support engagements. Conduct business requirement gathering, workshops, and Fit Gap Analysis. Design and configure Oracle Fusion SCM solutions aligned with business processes. Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user manuals. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, customizations, and data migration. Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go live activities. Provide production support and drive continuous process improvements. Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders. Mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams across multiple project streams. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Required Oracle Fusion SCM Modules Procurement Self Service Procurement Supplier Portal Supplier Qualification Sourcing Inventory Management Product Information Management (PIM) Order Management Global Order Promising (GOP) Shipping Manufacturing Cost Management Warehouse Management (WMS) Supply Planning Demand Planning Quality Management Required Skills Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Configuration Business Process Mapping Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Functional Documentation (BR100, MD050, MD070) FBDI, ADFDI, Spreadsheet Uploads OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting Workflow & Approval Management Data Migration Functional Testing and UAT Support Security Roles and User Management Integration Knowledge Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST APIs SOAP Web Services Oracle ERP Cloud Integrations BIP Reports XML and CSV Data Interfaces Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification is highly preferred. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage. Experience Requirements 15+ years of ERP consulting experience. 8+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation experience. At least 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations. Experience in global rollout and support projects. Strong client facing consulting and stakeholder management experience. Experience working with multicultural teams in the Middle East is preferred.
