Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout Position:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management implementations, enhancements, and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules while partnering with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational excellence. This role requires strong functional knowledge across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, Product Management, and Supplier Management processes.Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant
What You'll Do
Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business requirements.Manage and support Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supplier Management processes.Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for supply chain and procurement processes.Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests within the AMS support model.Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.Work closely with technical teams to support system integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), interfaces, and reporting solutions.Assist in data migration activities including data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.Analyze business processes and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.Support quarterly Oracle patch reviews, impact assessments, regression testing, and production readiness activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and support operations.Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including BR100, MD50, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.Participate in solution workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, governance standards, and organizational processes.Expertise You'll Bring:8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional Consulting and Supply Chain Management solutions.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules.Expertise in Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, and Product Management processes.Experience with Cost Accounting and Receipt Accounting modules.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and best practices.Experience conducting requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS projects.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), integrations, and interface support activities.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production releases, and hypercare activities.Strong knowledge of SCM data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes.Expertise in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.Experience reviewing Oracle quarterly patches and assessing business impacts.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing capabilities.Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.Experience working within Agile and hybrid project delivery environments.
