Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant – Supplier Management & Procurement who will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Supplier Management and Procurement solutions for our client, one of the largest companies in the region.This position will start as a 6-month contract role and is renewable.The role sits within the Technology / ERP Applications function and will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Vendor Management, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver effective supplier management and procurement solutions.We are looking for a passionate Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier Management. You should have strong expertise in Supplier Portal, Supplier Registration and Onboarding, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), Supplier Lifecycle Management, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing & Negotiations, and supplier-related integrations.Key responsibilities:Configure and support Oracle Fusion Supplier Management solutions, including Supplier Portal, Supplier Registration, Supplier Onboarding, and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).Configure supplier qualification areas, questionnaires, initiatives, assessments, and approval workflows.Support end-to-end Supplier Lifecycle Management, including supplier qualification, requalification, performance evaluation, and supplier profile management.Configure and support Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Self-Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing & Negotiations, and Procurement Contracts.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support activities.Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Lead or support supplier-related integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems.Collaborate with technical teams on FBDI, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and third-party supplier management platforms.Troubleshoot supplier synchronization, interface, workflow, and transaction-related issues and perform root cause analysis.Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and Vendor Management stakeholders to improve supplier governance and procurement processes.Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, SOPs, and other project documentation.Provide functional leadership during implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.Knowledge, skills & experience:10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, including at least 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier Management experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal, Supplier Registration, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), and Supplier Lifecycle Management.Strong knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Supplier Model and supplier master data management.Experience configuring Supplier Qualification areas, questionnaires, initiatives, assessments, and approval workflows.Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement (SSP), and Sourcing & Negotiations.Good understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Hands-on experience with supplier master data integrations and supplier synchronization.Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and FBDI.Exposure to HDL and third-party procurement/supplier management platforms is advantageous.Experience supporting supplier risk, compliance, governance, and performance management processes is preferred.Experience working with multiple Business Units and Legal Entities is desirable.Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, documentation, and production support.Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud certification is preferred.Experience working in Agile and project-driven environments is an advantage.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in an offshore capacity.
