Apply & track with Apply EdgeSummaryOmniyat Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Resource to design, build, and support integrations, host-to-host (H2H) banking interfaces, and reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, with a primary focus on Finance and Procurement. The successful candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions that support the Group's enterprise systems landscape, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle Unifier, and Salesforce. Role Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party/internal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and file-based interfaces.Build and support Host-to-Host (H2H) banking integrations for payment processing, bank statement reconciliation, and treasury workflows.Develop, enhance, and maintain reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View across Finance and Procurement modules.Provide techno-functional support across Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Provide techno-functional support across Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement. Configure and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, Data Loaders (FBDI/HDL), OTBI Subject Areas, and Value Set/Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) extensions. Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle: requirement analysis, technical design, development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.Monitor integration jobs and interfaces, proactively identify failures, and perform root-cause analysis and remediation.Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.Maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mapping documents, and support runbooks. Ensure adherence to data security, access control, and audit requirements across all integrations and reporting outputs.Support quarterly Oracle patching cycles, regression testing, and impact assessment for technical components.Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion AI Agents (Oracle AI Agent Studio) to automate Finance and Procurement processes, including invoice matching, reconciliation, approval routing, and supplier/vendor queries. Set up and tune agent instructions, knowledge sources, and guardrails for Fusion AI Agents, and monitor agent performance and outcomes post-deployment.Competencies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical/integration roles, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major enhancement projects. Demonstrated experience delivering H2H banking integrations in a corporate or real estate/finance environment is highly desirable. Experience working in a real estate, construction, or property development environment is an advantage. Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) in Integration, Financials, or Procurement are preferred. Prior experience configuring or piloting Oracle Fusion AI Agents / Agent Studio in a live Finance or Procurement environment is a strong advantage.Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building integrations, orchestrations, and adapters. Proven experience delivering Host-to-Host (H2H) bank integration files (e.g., payment formats, MT940/MT942, ISO 20022) with UAE and international banks.Proficiency in Oracle Fusion reporting tools: BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View. Working knowledge of FBDI, HDL, ADFdi, and Web Services/REST APIs for Oracle Fusion data loads and extraction. Technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and Procurement modules (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/XSLT for data transformation and report development.Familiarity with Oracle Fusion security, roles, and data access configuration.Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware/OIC monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning.Hands-on skills and expertise configuring Oracle Fusion AI Agents / AI Agent Studio, including agent setup, workflow orchestration, prompt and knowledge configuration, and integration with Fusion Finance and Procurement processes. Understanding of Oracle's embedded AI/ML capabilities within Fusion (e.g., intelligent document recognition, AI-assisted reconciliation, procurement and payables AI agents) and how to configure, extend, and govern them.
