Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead – Finance

We are recruiting an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead to take ownership of the design, delivery and ongoing development of a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programme.The successful candidate will combine deep Oracle Fusion Financials knowledge with strong technical delivery capability. You will lead solutions from business requirements and functional design through development, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and post-implementation support.This is a senior, hands-on role requiring someone who can work independently, lead technical and functional resources, and engage effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement solutions
Own solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Procurement
Translate business requirements into functional configurations and technical designs
Lead Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, FBDI loading and reconciliation
Develop integrations, extensions and reports using OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher and OTBI
Prepare and manage cutover plans, mock cutovers, go-live criteria and deployment activities
Lead post-implementation hypercare, defect triage and transition into BAU support
Manage production incidents, root-cause analysis and SLA-driven resolution
Coordinate developers, functional consultants, vendors and implementation partners
Support quarterly release adoption, regression testing and controlled deployments
Maintain data integrity across migrations, interfaces and period-close processes
Identify opportunities to use Oracle’s embedded AI capabilities within Finance processesEssential Requirements
At least 10 years of relevant Oracle applications experience
Strong techno-functional experience across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement
Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
Strong technical capability in OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI and FBDI
Demonstrable Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration experience
A minimum of two complete Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycles
Proven ownership of data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
Strong production-support, incident-management and root-cause-analysis experience
Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related disciplineDesirable Experience
Oracle Cloud Financials or Integration certification
Oracle AI Agent Studio or embedded Fusion AI capabilities
BICC data extraction
ADF development
RESTful APIs and Spring Boot architecture
JavaScript or TypeScript development within VBCS
Redwood UX personalisation
