Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:Lead the Oracle Payroll Cloud functional workstream from Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare.Own the end-to-end functional solution for Oracle Payroll Cloud.Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.Drive functional design decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.Manage functional issues, risks, dependencies, and solution quality.Support configuration, testing, deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.Act as the onsite functional point of contact for the Payroll/HCM track.Ensure successful integration and transformation from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.Mandatory Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud.Extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.Strong functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.Experience working on Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programmes.15+ years of overall experience.
