Designation: Oracle HCM Consultant- OTL & Payroll Location: AhmedabadExperience: 3+yrsSalary: -Upto 20 LPA5 Days WorkingJob Profile:We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL + Payroll Consultant with strongexpertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. The candidatewill be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, testing, troubleshooting,and delivering solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Work on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Fusion Payrollimplementation and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure OTL and Payroll modules based on business requirements.
• Handle payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, calculations, and relatedconfigurations.
• Configure and support Time Entry, Time Cards, Time Categories, TimeCalculation Rules, Approval Workflows, and related OTL processes.
• Work on integration between OTL, Payroll, HCM, and other Oracle Fusionmodules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams forintegrations and customisations.
• Conduct SIT/UAT, support defect resolution, and provide post-productionsupport.
• Analyse production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timelyresolutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teamsthroughout the implementation/support lifecycle.Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTL and Payroll.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes.
• Experience with OTL configuration, time calculation rules, approvals, andpayroll integration.
• Strong understanding of Payroll elements, balances, flows, and payrollprocessing.
• Experience in SIT/UAT and production support.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
• Experience working on end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Exposure to integrations, reporting, and technical-functional coordination.
