🚀 Hiring | Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Learning & US PayrollBirlasoft Ltd. is looking for experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle Learning and US Payroll.📌 Experience: 7+ Years📍 Locations: Pune | Mumbai | Bangalore | Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai | Coimbatore💼 Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Learning + US Payroll🏢 Employment: Full-Time | Birlasoft Ltd.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesWork on Oracle Cloud HCM Learning and US Payroll functional implementations and support engagements.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.Configure and support Oracle Learning, including:Learning CatalogCourses and OfferingsLearning ActivitiesLearning InitiativesLearning AssignmentsLearner Self-ServiceLearning CommunitiesLearning EligibilityCompletion and Compliance TrackingLearning NotificationsConfigure and support Oracle US Payroll, including:Payroll DefinitionsLegislative DataElements and Element EntriesPayroll RelationshipsCalculation CardsTax-related configurationsPayroll FlowsQuickPayPayroll Calculation and ValidationPrepayments and PaymentsPayroll CostingSupport payroll processing, troubleshooting and reconciliation activities.Work with business users to analyze payroll and learning requirements and provide functional solutions.Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.Execute configuration, unit testing, SIT and UAT.Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis.Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports and data migration.Participate in client workshops and provide functional recommendations.Support end-to-end implementation activities through Go-Live and post-production stabilization.🔹 Required Skills✅ 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Learning✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle US Payroll✅ Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation✅ Good understanding of US Payroll legislative and statutory requirements✅ Experience in payroll configuration, payroll flows and troubleshooting✅ Strong understanding of Learning configuration and learner processes✅ Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support✅ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills⭐ Good to HaveOracle HCM Cloud certificationExperience with Core HRKnowledge of Absence ManagementExposure to Oracle Redwood HCMKnowledge of HDL/HSDLExposure to Fast FormulaKnowledge of OTBI/BIP reportingExperience with Oracle HCM integrationsExperience in global/multi-country implementations🎯 Ideal CandidateWe are looking for candidates with strong functional experience in both Oracle Learning and US Payroll, preferably with hands-on implementation experience and the ability to independently manage requirements, configuration, testing and production support.
