Job Description:As an Oracle HCM Functional Lead Consultant, you are primarily responsible for analyzing and gathering the    customer business requirements and the future solutions mapping into Oracle Cloud HCMMust have minimum 7+ years of relevant experience on Cloud HCM modules Global HR, ORC, Talent Management and    Absence Management Looking for candidates who have worked on EBS HRMS and moved to Fusion CloudShould have worked on Implementations and Support Projects experienceExperience in working on Other modules will be added advantage Learning and Time and LaborShould have experience working in ME region projectsMust have Managed Services/AMS experienceStrong Functional Skills on Fusion HCM ModulesMust have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Session, CRPs, UAT & KUT, System Configuration, OUM    documentation etc.,.Should have Excellent Communication skills in English
