Birlasoft Ltd. is looking for experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module.📌 Experience: 7+ Years📍 Locations: Pune | Mumbai | Bangalore | Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai | Coimbatore💼 Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – OTL🏢 Employment: Full-Time | Birlasoft Ltd.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional activities for Oracle HCM Cloud – Time and Labor (OTL).Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions.Configure Time and Labor including:Time EntryTime CategoriesTime Consumer SetsTime Calculation RulesTime Entry ProfilesTime ProcessingTime ValidationTime Approval WorkflowsTime Card LayoutsWorker Time EntryConfigure and support OTL integrations with Payroll and Absence.Work with Fast Formula for time calculation and validation requirements.Configure time rules based on business requirements, including overtime, shifts, rounding and working hours.Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, SIT, UAT and Go-Live.Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scenarios.🔹 Required Skills✅ 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience✅ Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM OTL / Time and Labor✅ At least one end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation✅ Strong understanding of OTL configuration and time processing✅ Experience with Time Entry, Time Calculation and Time Approval✅ Good knowledge of Fast Formula✅ Experience integrating OTL with Payroll and Absence✅ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities⭐ Good to HaveOracle HCM Cloud certificationExperience with Oracle Redwood HCMKnowledge of HDL/HSDLExposure to OTBI/BIP reportingKnowledge of Oracle HCM integrations and REST/SOAP APIsExperience in global/multi-country Oracle HCM implementations
