# HCM Lead – Oracle Payroll Cloud📍 **Location:** Dubai, UAE💼 **Work Mode:** Onsite## Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced **HCM Lead – Oracle Payroll Cloud** to join an **EBS-to-Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme** in Dubai.The HCM Lead will be the onsite functional lead for the **Payroll/HCM track**, owning the end-to-end functional solution for **Oracle Payroll Cloud**. The role requires deep Oracle HCM/Payroll expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive solution decisions across the complete project lifecycle.## Key Responsibilities* Lead the end-to-end functional solution for **Oracle Payroll Cloud**.* Act as the onsite functional lead for the Payroll/HCM workstream.* Drive functional design and solution decisions from **Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare**.* Conduct business workshops and gather/validate requirements.* Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.* Review functional designs, configurations and solution deliverables.* Coordinate with technical, integration, data migration and other HCM workstreams.* Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and delivery teams.* Identify and resolve functional risks, gaps, issues and dependencies.* Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover and production readiness.* Provide hands-on functional leadership throughout implementation and Hypercare.* Ensure solution quality and successful delivery within programme timelines.## Mandatory Skills* **Oracle Payroll Cloud*** Strong **Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll Cloud** experience.* Experience with **EBS-to-Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation**.* Strong functional solution design and implementation experience.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.## Experience* **10+ years relevant experience*** Proven experience leading Oracle HCM/Payroll workstreams in large transformation programmes.📩 **Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with their current location, notice period, expected rate and availability.**#Hiring #Oracle #OracleFusion #OracleHCM #OraclePayroll #PayrollCloud #HCMLead #OracleConsultant #OracleFusionCloud #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #TechJobs #ERP #EBS #CloudTransformation
