Employment Type: Full-time / ContractExperience Required:10+ yearsJoining: Preferably immediate or within a short notice periodJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and enhancing Oracle HR solutions, developing integrations and reports, resolving production issues, and supporting HR digital-transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS.Work closely with HR, IT, business users, and project stakeholders.Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional and technical design documents.Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.Design and support integrations between Oracle HR applications and third-party systems.Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide timely resolutions.Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production activities.Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, configuration documents, and user guides.Ensure that solutions follow Oracle best practices, security requirements, and organizational standards.Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing support to business and technical teams.Functional ExperienceExperience in some or all of the following areas:Core HRPayrollAbsence ManagementTalent ManagementPerformance ManagementLearning ManagementRecruitmentBenefits and CompensationEmployee and Manager Self-ServiceOrganization and Position ManagementWorkforce StructuresTime and LaborTechnical ExperienceOracle SQL and PL/SQLOracle Forms and ReportsOracle WorkflowOracle Application Framework (OAF)BI Publisher and OTBIHCM ExtractsFast FormulaHDL, HSDL, and FBDIREST and SOAP web servicesOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)APIs, interfaces, conversions, and data migrationApproval workflows and role-based securityOracle EBS and Fusion HCM integrationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle HR applications.Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS.Experience in at least one full implementation or major enhancement project.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary project team.Please submit your cv to careers@smartwayt.com
