Job Type: Full Time --Pan India-Job DescriptionTata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced Oracle JDE World Product Configuration Functional Consultants with expertise in Sales Order Management and SCM processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle JDE World, Product Configuration, Order Management, and Order-to-Cash processes along with experience in client-facing implementation and support engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to Product Configuration and Sales Order Management.Configure and support Oracle JDE World Product Configuration modules.Manage Sales Order lifecycle including order entry, fulfillment, pricing, and invoicing.Perform fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business requirements.Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS engagements.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), process flows, and test scenarios.Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.Ensure smooth integration with Inventory, Procurement, and Distribution processes.Required SkillsOracle JDE WorldProduct ConfigurationSales Order ManagementSupply Chain Management (SCM)Configure-to-Order (CTO)Order-to-Cash (O2C)Pricing ManagementItem Master ManagementCustomer Master ManagementInventory ManagementDistribution ManagementFunctional ConsultingRequirement GatheringUAT & Production SupportPreferred SkillsExperience in JDE World Distribution modules.Exposure to Manufacturing and Configure-to-Order environments.Knowledge of Inventory and Procurement integration.Experience in large-scale implementation and support projects.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
