The RoleWe’re looking for an Oracle NetSuite Finance Sr Business Analyst “BA” with deep expertise in accounting processes within a consumer goods environment — ideally retail/fashion.You’ll play a central role in implementing Oracle NetSuite across our finance organization, helping us design the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more connected business. You’ll partner with Finance and your IT peers to modernize our core financial processes and elevate how we work across multiple entities, currencies, and regions.What we’re proposing is more than a project — it’s a journey.A chance to build the foundations of the most efficient and innovative fashion/retail accounting organization, and ultimately become a true expert in how to build value in Finance through innovation.What You’ll DoLead the design, documentation, and alignment of finance business processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax Management, and ConsolidationMap business processes to Oracle NetSuite standard capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing elegant solutions — always prioritizing configuration over customizationDrive testing, training, and user adoption, ensuring the Finance team is confident and empowered in the new systemPartner closely with your IT peers to ensure a smooth data migration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in NetSuiteCollaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end integration across business domainsPost go-live, continue supporting Finance users in their daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve processes using AI and next-generation featuresBe a change ambassador — helping shape a Finance function that’s efficient, insightful, and future-readyWhat You BringHands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle NetSuite Finance implementation, ideally in a CPG or fashion/retail organizationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and Finance processes in a multi-company, multi-currency environmentExpertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Tax, and ConsolidationAbility to document, analyze, and optimize Finance processes while aligning with system best practicesProven experience in data migration, UAT, and user trainingFamiliarity with modern EPM tools such as Anaplan or PigmentA pragmatic mindset — you seek the right solution, not the most complex oneCuriosity and creativity — you think about how AI and automation can change the game for accountingWho You AreYou bridge the gap between Finance and TechnologyYou see complexity as an opportunity to simplifyYou believe innovation starts with understanding — and that efficiency can be beautifulYou’re collaborative, driven, and always looking to learn
