Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Lead Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Client Facing) Experience: 7+ years Core Goal: Architect, build, and deploy complex data integrations and custom technical components for Oracle ERP Cloud systems Key Responsibilities Act as the primary onsite technical architect and client-facing engineering advisor Lead the design, build, and monitoring of end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop robust, secure real-time and batch integrations connecting Oracle Cloud with 3rd-party software Write advanced, high-performance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and complex triggers Build technical orchestrations utilizing REST, SOAP, FTP, and ERP Cloud adapters Architect automated inbound and outbound data migration flows via FBDI, HDL, and BIP utilities Resolve performance bugs, tune complex SQL queries, and optimize heavy database scripts Translate functional finance and supply chain requirements into detailed technical design documents Coordinate daily development deliverables between onsite client stakeholders and offshore engineering teams Guide technical deployments, code promotions, and bug fixes during UAT and hypercare phases Qualifications & Skills Strong technical background with 10+ years in Oracle PL/SQL development and database programming Proven track record leading OIC integration development across multiple enterprise lifecycles Deep experience handling data exchanges with 3rd-party external vendors and legacy APIs Expertise in Oracle Cloud data schemas and table structures for HCM, Financials, EPM and SCM Background building custom reporting tools via BI Publisher and OTBI Strong knowledge of security protocols like OAuth, SSL certificates, and encryption keys Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent verbal skills to explain complex technical pipelines to non-technical business leaders
