Our solutions empower organizations to scale safely and efficiently.Position SummaryWe are seeking experienced Oracle Functional Consultants across four key practice areas to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our high-profile government and enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. You will bridge the gap between complex client business requirements and cutting-edge Oracle Cloud capabilities.Open Positions & Core Module Focus1. Oracle Fusion SCM ConsultantCore Focus: Lead functional design and deployment for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions.Must-Have Modules: Procurement and Inventory (plus Order Management, Logistics).2. Oracle Fusion Finance ConsultantCore Focus: Drive end-to-end design, delivery, and support for Oracle Cloud Financials.Must-Have Modules: General Ledger (GL) and Payables (AP) (plus Receivables, Assets, Cash Management).3. Oracle Fusion HR / HCM ConsultantCore Focus: Design and configure tailored Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions.Must-Have Modules: Core HR and Talent Management (plus Absence Management, Payroll).4. Oracle EPM ConsultantCore Focus: Design, build, and optimize Oracle EPM solutions to enable financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.Key Responsibilities (All Roles)Implement & Configure: Lead functional design, system configuration, and business process mapping to Oracle Cloud best practices.Client Advisory: Partner with Saudi government officials and enterprise stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable functional architectures.End-to-End Delivery: Conduct gap analyses, author detailed functional specifications, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.Support & Optimize: Provide post-implementation support, resolve complex functional issues, and drive continuous system enhancements.Candidate Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 7+ years of hands-on functional experience in your domain, including at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion/Cloud applications.Local Market Insight: Prior experience working with Saudi government entities or large Saudi enterprise clients is highly preferred.Languages: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Fluency in Arabic is a major advantage.Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
