Oracle SCM Functional Consultant- Qatar

Scope of Work:Provide functional support across Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Cost Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and other related SCM modules.Manage incidents, service requests and tickets raised by business users, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, including performing root-cause analysis where required.Manage the full ticket lifecycle, including prioritization, progress updates, resolution and closure.Liaise with business users to understand issues and requirements and provide functional solutions or appropriate workarounds.Coordinate with technical and other functional teams to resolve complex or cross-functional issues.Support minor enhancements, configuration changes and change requests within the managed service scope.Maintain appropriate documentation of issues, resolutions, known errors and functional knowledge.Identify recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement and preventive action.Provide occasional support to project, enhancement, testing and deployment activities as required.Participate in service review meetings and provide updates on ticket status, SLA performance, risks and key issues.
