Albawani is known for its strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, holding several international ISO certifications and a Class-1 contractor ranking in Saudi Arabia.Job Title: Oracle SCM Track LeadDepartment: ERP / ITRole Purpose: The Oracle SCM Track Lead will play a key role in managing and supporting the full Oracle ERP implementation lifecycle across the Group. This role will act as the internal lead coordinating between business stakeholders, the vendor’s implementation team, and internal IT. After go-live, the consultant will provide ongoing support, continuous improvement, and manage system rollouts to other subsidiaries.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate day-to-day ERP implementation activities with the vendor and internal stakeholders.Participate in requirements gathering, design validation, and solution workshops to ensure business needs are properly captured and aligned with Oracle best practices.Review functional designs, configurations, and testing deliverables from the vendor.Manage CRPs, UAT, and ensure timely issue resolution with the implementation partner.Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across modules.Lead the User Training with the vendor.Track project progress, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with the ERP Project Manager.Post-Go-Live Support & Rollout:Provide ongoing functional support to end users across business units.Manage system enhancements, configurations, and minor change requests.Coordinate with Oracle Support and the vendor for issue resolution and patch management.Lead rollout and deployment of Oracle ERP to new subsidiaries or business units.Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business processes and system updates.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 8–15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Cloud ERP implementation and support.Proven experience in managing Oracle ERP projects in construction or group company environments.Strong functional knowledge in related Oracle modules (e.g., FIN, SCM, PPM, or HCM).Experience coordinating between internal teams and external system integrators (SIs).Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Arabic / English Language.
