Oracle senior developer

Job Purpose:To design, develop, customize, and support Oracle enterprise applications (such as EBS and/or Fusion) in alignment with business requirements, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDevelop OAF & ADFDevelop and maintain customizations using Oracle technologiesDesign and build reports and dashboardsDevelop integrations between Oracle systems and external applications (APIs / Web Services)Perform testing (Unit Testing / System Integration Testing) to ensure solution qualityProvide technical support and resolve system issues (bug fixing)Optimize system and database performanceDocument technical designs, developments, and customizationsEnsure compliance with security standards and best practicesTechnical Skills:Strong experience in:PL/SQLExpert in OAF and ADF.Oracle Forms & Reports (for EBS)Oracle APEX (preferred)Oracle Integration Cloud (for Fusion)Understanding of system architectureExperience with REST and SOAP APIsStrong knowledge of Oracle DatabaseExperience with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)Functional Knowledge:Basic understanding of:FinanceHuman Capital Management (HCM)Supply Chain Management (SCM)Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field8–15 years of experience in Oracle application developmentExperience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion (both preferred)Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentEffective communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
